If you're unsure about your departure date when booking, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
If you arrive without a reservation, you simply inform us of your preferred departure date, and payment for that period is due the evening before departure – cash or bank transfer only.

Many of our facilities and services are included, such as showers, Wi-Fi, and campsite activities like the children’s walk and wine tasting.
Additional costs apply for: washing machines, dryer, bike rental, table football, fries service, and crêpes.
Occasionally, we organize extra activities or workshops — in some cases, a participation fee may apply.

In principle, Circus Loyal visits every other Tuesday.
If there are many new guests at the campsite, the circus may come more frequently — but this is not guaranteed.
They usually confirm shortly before arrival and choose on their own initiative whether to perform here, so we cannot guarantee any show dates.
Admission is also set by the circus itself and is paid at the entrance.
In previous years, the ticket price was €10 per person, regardless of age (babies are often admitted for free).

Pascal Ruhlmann from Ruhlmann et Fils in Scherwiller typically visits every Thursday around 5:00 PM during the high season.
No registration is required, and the tasting is free of charge.
Afterwards, you can purchase bottles or boxes either from him directly or from us.

The children's walk takes place Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.

Not all pitches at Les Trexons are suitable for camper vans due to ground conditions and access.
We therefore allow a maximum length of 6.5 meters for motorhomes.
When booking, please clearly state that you're coming with a camper so we can assign a suitable pitch.
Each pitch provides 6 amps of power.
Again, not all electrical devices in your camper can be used at the same time.
There is a waste disposal point for chemical toilets and a water tap (with a long hose) for refilling water (or you can use a watering can).
If you're staying for only one night, we ask for a small fee for water refills.

Our power supply is not sufficient for EV charging.
However, there are more and more charging stations nearby, including in Gérardmer (e.g. at Super U) and Fraize (Tourist Office, opposite Carrefour).
There are also plenty of charging stations along the route from the Netherlands.

Yes, all water from the taps at the campsite is safe to drink.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available.
We have several Wi-Fi towers across the site, and coverage is good, except in the farthest corners.
Please avoid streaming movies or videos to prevent network overload.
You can easily check your email, send messages, read the news, or play simple games on your phone.
Wi-Fi is included free of charge.

Yes – from Tuesday to Sunday we offer a bread service (on Monday the baker takes a break).
You can place your order the day before using the order list at reception.
There's a wide selection of breads, baguettes, croissants, and sweet pastries.
Important: orders must be placed before 5:00 PM.
If you're still on the road from the Netherlands, feel free to call or email us with your order.
You pay when collecting your bread between 8:00 and 9:30 AM.
For a €5 deposit, you can use a reusable cotton bread bag during your stay, or bring your own.
We no longer provide paper bread bags.

Absolutely. We have a bar offering a variety of chilled soft drinks, local beers, and local wines.
We also serve lemonade, tea, and coffee.
